Radiography SEAL was developed by experienced educators and offers detailed feedback on answers to help students gain a greater understanding of the material.
The American Society of Radiologic Technologists (ASRT) has launched Radiography SEAL: The Radiography Student Exam Assessment Library. SEAL is an online review tool created specifically to help radiology students prepare for certification exams.
ASRT’s new exam preparation tool furnishes students with online “practice” exams featuring 100 questions each. The exams cover all four major content areas of the certification test. Radiography SEAL was developed by educators experienced in the field. It offers detailed feedback on answers to help students gain a deeper understanding of the testing materials. This digital tool also allows students to make their own notes and to save questions for further review later. The exam topics covered include patient care, safety, patient interaction, and image production and procedures. At the launch stage, there are 15 wholly unique Radiography SEAL assessments available for students.
“Students have asked for this for a long time and we’re happy to be able to offer it as an enhancement to ASRT membership,’” said Myke Kudlas, M. Ed., R.T.(R)(QM), CIIP, PMP, ASRT associate executive director. “ASRT is already a trusted resource for educational materials, and we believe this will become an indispensable tool for students working to prepare for the radiography exam.”
Five Radiography SEAL examinations are available at no additional charge via your ASRT student membership. Nonmembers can access the online reviews at a fixed rate of $15 per test.
